Sinergy Fashion Group works in synergy with designers throughout the garment creation process, interpreting and decoding the designer’s vision, thanks to its many years of expertise in tailoring and hand-crafted garment production.
The production of all our luxury garments is executed perfectly down to the smallest detail. For technical garments, all elements necessary for the functionality of the garment are taken into account, such as waterproof and windproof pockets. Freedom of movement and an optimal fit are essential.
Prototype creation
Sinergy Fashion Group makes the prototype or “first garment” following the instructions given by the pattern makers.
Creating prototypes for outerwear and technical sportswear is a crucial process that requires precision and attention to detail. Sinergy Fashion Group works closely with the customer to transform their ideas into real-life garments, taking them from the conceptual phase to the creation phase. Once we receive the material and accessories, we proceed to the cutting phase and start creating the prototype.
The prototypes are meticulously sewn and assembled by our skilled tailors, using the most advanced fabric processing technologies. For outerwear, it is often necessary to use heat-welded seams and ultrasound technologies to create seamless garments, minimising friction and maximising performance.
The prototype phase is aimed at making the garment industry-ready. Any issues we encounter are first analysed. Then we propose our solutions, discussing them with the customer to make the necessary improvements.
This process ensures that the final garments meet the customer’s requirements and quality standards.
Fitting of outerwear
The purpose of garment prototyping is to ensure that the garment meets the aesthetic and functional standards and specifications required by the designer.

During this phase, carried out in synergy with the customer, any changes to be made to the garment are discussed and documented. This is followed by the creation of a second prototype with the required improvements.
Sample creation and production of small quantities
Sinergy Fashion Group is able to handle all the processes involved in the definition and production of outerwear and technical sportswear.
In addition, we can also support the customer in the creation of samples and the production of small quantities.
